Welcome to No Longer Known. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website nolongerknown.com ("Site") and your purchase of products from us.
By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

You agree to use our Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

3. Products and pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Our products are limited edition and made to order. Each drop is strictly limited in quantity and will not be restocked once sold out.
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen's display will reflect the actual product exactly.
4. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion.
Acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email. A contract is formed at this point.
Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments.
If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
5. Made-to-order products
Our products are made to order after you place your purchase. This means:
- Production begins once your order is confirmed
- Each item is created specifically for you
- Standard cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply to made-to-order items
Please check all details, including size, before completing your order.
6. Shipping and delivery
All orders are made to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production before dispatch.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- UK: 5-7 working days
- EU: 7-14 working days
- Rest of World: 10-21 working days
Total estimated time from order to delivery:
- UK: 4-5 weeks
- EU: 5-6 weeks
- Rest of World: 5-7 weeks
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

In summary:
- Faulty or damaged items: Full refund or replacement
- Wrong item sent: Free return and correct item sent
- Change of mind or wrong size: Not accepted due to made-to-order nature
8. Intellectual property
All content on our Site — including but not limited to text, images, logos, artwork, and designs — is owned by No Longer Known Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Our artwork is created in collaboration with independent artists. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our designs without express written permission.
You may not use our brand name, logo, or any associated materials in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our consent.
9. User accounts
If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your details if they change.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
