Made to order

All No Longer Known products are made to order. This means production begins after you place your order — we don't hold pre-made stock.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for your item to be produced before it is dispatched.


Delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

UK 5-7 working days
EU 7-14 working days
Rest of World 10-21 working days

Total estimated time from order to delivery:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to postal service delays, customs processing, or events outside our control.


Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.


Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information where available. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey.

Please note that tracking may be limited for some international destinations.


Customs, duties, and taxes

For orders outside the UK, you may be charged import duties, taxes, or customs fees by your country's authorities. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office if you're unsure.


Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.


Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@nolongerknown.com.

For UK orders, please allow at least 10 working days after dispatch before reporting a lost parcel. For international orders, please allow at least 25 working days.

We'll work with the postal carrier to locate your parcel. If it cannot be found, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.


Damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@nolongerknown.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damage
  • A brief description

We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
